I am 41 years old, male, and looking for a place to share rent with this current housing market being the way it is. I recently went through a separation from a girl I shared my life with for 10 years, and finding a place to live alone isn't as feasible as sharing rent with a roommate. I work remotely from home, I have a dog who is 1 year old and about 80 lbs, and I'm pretty laid back, like to workout daily, and easy to get along with.
