Down to earth and w as sy going. My biggest peeve is t ok make sure kitchen and bathroom are left clean after using.
No meat eater and I like to keep a clean apartment. I am very respectful and looking for the same in a room mate.

There are no shoes in the house. This room bbn is furnished tastefully with a float i.p ng desk and book shelf from the container store. There is a twin bed a sony LCD tv . Aside from the wood floors and tall window the room also has a pretty nice size closet.
The kitchen has a great layout with an assortment of pots and pans t ok cook and meal prep. There will be pantry and refrigerator space for you. The kitchen and the bath are very clean and you are expected to clean up after yourself.
The apartment takes u pl the entire floor.
