Hello my name is Jan. I have spent the past year saving and looking for a new place to live away from home.

I work as a Finance Manager at a car dealership and my hours are typically 9am-7pm. Looking for roommates who are responsible yet like to have some fun every once and awhile.

I like to make music and watch some of my favorite shows in my downtime. And every once and awhile celebrate life by going to concerts, sports games, or just having a game night with friends.

House wise I would expect everyone to pick up after themselves out of respect of there roommates. Your mom isn't gonna pick it up for you anymore lol. Noise isn't a bother to me as long as music is not blasting every night.

Pretty laid back. I just want to have fun yet still maintain a healthy work/play balance.
