I am a young artist. I work a full time job at 138 Bowery Hotel. I work either really early in the morning or I am coming home late at night after midnight. I don't have any pets, and I am single. I am a dog person. I don't really like cats much. I am looking for a roommate that is clean and is an out going, creative person. I like to have friends over sometimes mostly for business purposes. I own a online boutique and I do not have a office yet so I work from home. I would like my room to big enough or a place where I can set up my sewing machine. I love clean open spaces.
