Hi all, I recently learned that the building that I served as the onsite resident manager for the past 13 years is being sold, so unfortunately my housing is no longer available. I’m now looking for a month to month rental to call home for the next few months, with the possibility of extending if it’s the right fit for everyone.

I’m a respectful, responsible guy in my mid 40s, with no pets, although I absolutely love animals. I’m a non smoker and non drinker, and I’m very mindful of the people I live with. I value a home that feels comfortable, peaceful, and respectful for everyone.

The simplest way I describe myself is Midwest values with a West Coast mindset: respectful, considerate, dependable, and mindful of others, while also being open minded, curious, and easygoing.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, being outdoors, exploring San Francisco and the Bay Area, having good conversations, meeting new people, and discovering new places. I’m social and friendly, but I also appreciate downtime and understand the importance of giving roommates their own space.

I’ve lived with roommates before and understand that sharing a home requires consideration and communication. In particular, I recognize that when someone new moves into an established household, maintaining peace, respecting routines, and keeping disruption to a minimum is important.

I’m ultimately looking for a comfortable, respectful living situation with someone who values the same things. I’m flexible on the exact arrangement and open to finding the right fit rather than rushing into something that isn’t a good match.
