Hello there! My name is Claire and I grew up in Chicago. I moved away for a couple of years but came back about 3 years ago and found this apartment. My current roommate is planning on moving closer to her school with a longtime friend and I would like to stay in my current apartment but would need a roommate. There is furniture in the common areas and some kitchen items - that can be discussed later. I work M-F from 8-5pm and spend most of my time at home when I'm not out visiting friends or family. I don't frequently have people over aside from one or two of my friends. I don't play loud music and I like to keep things tidy. I'm looking for a roommate who is similar. I have multiple streaming services and a wide taste in movies and music. I would prefer a roommate without pets simply because I have a dog, but it is negotiable.

2 bedroom apartment with one spare room. The bedroom is around 11'x13' with a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. I own a small dog. There is coin laundry in the basement and the front gate buzzer connects to your cell phone. The heating in the apartment building is via radiator and we are able to rent window AC units during the warmer months.
