I'm relocating to LA for work and handing off my master suite at The Dime to someone who'll appreciate a panoramic view of the Manhattan skyline and Williamsburg Bridge every morning. Two awesome roommates staying through the end of the lease - just need a third.

The room:
Furnished master suite — queen bed, desk, dresser. Floor-to-ceiling windows facing the skyline. Private en-suite bathroom. Private walk-in closet. Philips Hue smart lighting throughout. Modern finishes — Caesarstone countertops, designer appliances. You won't need to leave the apartment to do laundry or wait for a delivery room — it all just works.

The building:
The Dime is a 23-story luxury tower built on top of the landmarked 1908 Dime Savings Bank of Williamsburgh — one of the most distinctive buildings in Brooklyn. Designed by Fogarty Finger, 177 units, and it comes with everything:

Zack (25) and Spencer (26), both young professionals. Clean, easygoing, social but not chaotic. We'll have friends over for dinner or drinks on weekends, but nothing crazy. Looking for someone with a similar energy - works hard, keeps shared spaces clean, communicates like an adult.
