Hey I have two rooms in my house to choose from. One is empty and one has a bed and dresser. Whatever works for you, I'm only trying to rent one of them. So the other room would remain unoccupied. You would have a private bathroom. Living room, kitchen, laundry, finished basement (bar & hangout spot) are shared spaces
Parking is on street but it usually isn't a problem
House is next to a large church on a well lit main street
