Hi, my name is Madelyn, I’ve been living in Long Beach for seven years now. Stumbled into this amazing 1920s Spanish art deco apartment about three years ago and looking for a new roommate.

I love a home that feels cozy or clean. And very respectful, won’t leave my things everywhere, keep my dishes done and I’m not loud.

I have friends over occasionally, but just for short times or a holiday, but you are more than welcome to have friends over of course as long as they shared living spaces stay respectful!

I love socializing and collaborating, but also love my alone time as well. There is also a backyard for this apartment as well, that is lovely

I do have two cats, they are VERY sweet but will not go into the room or bother you.
Street parking only - surprisingly it’s not bad considering other areas of downtown Long Beach I promise !!

There is a bed frame in the room if you would like it otherwise I will have it removed along with lots of storage space. Rest of the apartment is fully furnished (including kitchen, but open cabinets if you choose to bring your own supplies)
