Hi! I'm looking to fill two rooms with a shared bathroom in my townhouse in La Costa. I'm currently in the process of remodeling the bathrooms, updating the flooring, and making a few other changes so the place will look a bit different than the photos. The common areas are furnished (not with the furniture in the pictures) and there is an extra room off of the garage that I haven't decided what to do with yet (might make it a gym or add a pool table or something like that). There's 1 extra parking spot in the attached garage ($100/month), washer and dryer in unit, and the lease would ideally be 1 year, but can be flexible.

A little bit about me - I work from home for a nonprofit that does disaster response and humanitarian relief. I usually stay in on weekdays, but like to go out or have friends over on weekends. I'll be getting a white lab puppy in September so looking for someone who's comfortable with dogs.
