I'm a 30 year old women moving from Miami to NY to study preparation courses before my master's. I am in the city right now for apartment (or roommate) hunting. I am interested for a 10 month agreement at the beginning with a potential month to month stay after that.

I will be studying most of the day out of the apartment. I co-own 2 import-export companies and I work for them most of the days for a few hours.I have a membership in wework for my work time.

I like to keep my room organized and clean, I am respectful of common spaces cleaning after myself but I am not an OCD cleaner.

I consider myself an easygoing person with stablished boundaries. I enjoy my alone time as much as my social one, I have no problem at expressing when I need to be in my room or when I want something and I value feedback . I am a strong believer of talking things out and negotiate when necessary to reach an agreement that beneficiates both parties not taking it personal.
