Looking for a female who is quiet, clean and respectful of the common areas to move into a 2b2b spacious 1150sf bright apartment with high ceilings in Marquis Buckhead. Its a great location between Midtown and Buckhead by the Bobby Jones golf course.

Im a 33yo female working in the hospitality industry so im gone a lot and if im not working im usually out hiking. Im very quiet and clean.

The complex has valet trash, 24hour gym, pool, grilling area, covered parking deck and a free dry cleaning service (there is washer dryer in the apartment). There is a lovely wooded walk just outside and a paved walking path all around the golf course.

No pets unfortunately due to allergies.
