I am a biracial (look Latina) woman, starting new work in January with Spectrum that pays well. Needing to save money to replace my car and work on a down payment for my own home. I made this drastic move to do room sharing about 8 months ago and it’s been somewhat successful but I’ve had to move around a bit more than I would like so I need something SURE. I’m VERY clean, I’m social but stay to myself so I’m not a bother. Fun and will adhere to any and all rules of the house
