I'm moving to Miami on a whim and quickly need to find a reasonably priced space for myself and my 3-year-old cat. I'm moving from LA and will be driving to Miami mid-September, so my ideal move-in date would be the week of 9/21/26. I'm pretty clean; if my housemates are cleaner than me, I'll usually just match that. I prefer to live with no other pets and am looking for a spot with a reasonable commute to South Beach. I'll be working at a gym, enjoy being outside often, and thoroughly enjoy astrology and reality tv.
