Room for Rent

Hello! I'm a 30 year old female living solo! I have two dogs and often foster so there are quite a few dogs in my house at any given moment. I prefer to rent to someone with no pets but would be flexible to rent to a dog owner. One dog max so I continue fostering though... I work a 40 hour a week job and typically am at the office. Currently I am working from home about 20 hours a week. I love to be outside a lot and often go to the mountains on the weekends or am volunteering for the dog rescue. I love to utilize the trails around me and often go on walk/jogs as well. The room I'm looking to rent out is on the second floor. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. Both are painted to accommodate the previous owners kiddos. I'm happy to help you paint if it's too much for you (the theme was Avengers so the city is pretty legit). There will be no furniture in the room so you can make it all yours! The kitchen, living room, and backyard will be shared spaces. I'm not OCD but I prefer a clean house. There is parking on the street since there's a single car garage (I get dibs on that ;-) ) It's walking/biking distance from the northern most light rail station that's planned opening is September 2020 and it goes straight down town (so I'm told). There's also a neighborhood bar in walking distance as well as an Italian restaurant, a bakery and I'm sure a few other gems that I haven't found yet. There's a lot of open space around and tennis courts and parks with trails to explore so if you like to stay active you won't have to go far. Hopefully I can find a fit!
