Large Room for Rent in Glendale, CA

I have a large, unfurnished room for rent in Glendale with its full bathroom that just became available! The move-in is available immediately!

The rent is only $1200 and includes all utilities, including internet. It's in a prime area of Glendale, near the Americana and other shopping areas, just outside of Downtown LA. I am looking for someone who works full time, pays their rent on time, and is sociable. We don’t have to be best friends, but I don't want a hermit as well who stays in their room, lol.

As for me, I'm a gay professional male working as an Operations Manager for a tech company. I go to work all week, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm every day. I have a very sweet 6-year-old white boxer. I'm a nonsmoker and social drinker. No drugs, but I don't mind if someone else is 420. We have a balcony for that, lol. Sometimes, I host game nights or Super Bowl parties with family and friends.

So, you’ll need to have your own bed. It's available to view immediately—the first and last month's rent and proof of income are required for move-in.
