Large bedroom in the heart of Park Slope in our 3 bedroom apartment will be available for an 8 month lease/sublet.

Location: Park Slope, 1.5 min walk to 4Av 9th St Subway (N, R, F, G), next to USPS, Walgreens, supermarket, and CVS on the next block. A few blocks west of Prospect Park.

Rent: $1442, not negotiable. LAST MONTH IS FREE! Electricity and internet are separate

Sublease term: until August 31, 2021 with the option to renew. This is not a short term sublet!--only considering FULL sublease term.

Your Room: BIG! 13 ft x 10 ft, Stunning views of Brooklyn and Lower Manhattan, facing west, *unfurnished!*, equipped with large closet, in-wall AC, and heater. The room is very spacious, and gets a lot of beautiful light, with two windows of amazing downtown Manhattan and downtown Jersey views with the statue of liberty. We are looking for someone to sublet the room until the lease expires on August 31st.

Features of Apt: bright, huge living room, patio, a full kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave), closet space. The whole apartment gets wonderful views of downtown and midtown Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Statue of Liberty. We also have a balcony, so you can enjoy the beautiful views from many angles of the city (including the Verrazzano Bridge on the left), and also the Fireworks on July 4th!

Building Amenities: elevators in the building, laundry in basement, trash removal

Requirements: proof of income, 1-month security deposit

Your roommates: Currently there are two working professionals (M, F) in their 20s and early 40s and cat who roams the apartment.

Currently, there are two working professionals (M, F) in their 20s and early 40s. The kitchen has enough room to cook, prepare meals, and the living room has a good size dining table, with a sofa, coffee table, and a reclining chair for relaxation. In addition, the living room includes a lovely Yahama Upright U1 piano, so pianists or musicians, this would be a delightful treat. There are 2 bathrooms in this apartment, which puts one at ease here. It's a pretty quiet set up here in this apartment, so you can be assured that you will have a rested stay.

The building is in a beautiful section of Park Slope, located by a couple of MTA lines (F,G,R). The neighborhood is a few blocks west of Prospect Park, and there are many stores and shops around this location. There are also a few gyms in this proximity.

The apartment has a dishwasher, microwave in the kitchen, all the cooking appliances that would be necessary. There is a laundry room in the basement of the building.
