Hello!
I am currently sharing a 2bedroom, 2 bath double master suite apartment with my roommate who is moving out in May and her room will be available then. I do not know what the rent increase will be yet, but it shouldn’t be much. I will find out in a week or so when the leasing office send over the rates. So my listed price is an estimate of what base rent will be for your half. Plus utilities.

I am located near Desert Ridge Marketplace on Cave Creek, just south of the 101.

This is a semi luxury complex. Pool in complex w/cabanas, hot tub and fire pit. Beautiful clubhouse (I hosted a friends baby shower there), gated and security on site. We have lockers for packages and valet trash as well.

Washer and dryer in unit.

Apt is about 1100 sq feet.

This is not a pet friendly apartment for me (I’m allergic). I can maybe accept a small hypo allergenic dog but you will be responsible for pet rent and the management will require you to pay a pet deposit.

About me: I’m In my 30’s, single, quiet and reserved. Have very conservative values. I am not a partier and don’t bring guests over other than the occasional family member from Tucson or friend stopping by. I am health conscious, love to eat healthy and exercise (barre and yoga are my favorite!). I go country dancing sometimes and enjoy dining out, going to concerts, etc.
I work from home, so yes, I am home a lot.

as a side note, I have never lived with a roommate who I wasn’t friends with prior to living together, so I feel very nervous to post looking for a roommate. Would be nice to live with someone I can be friends with, but it’s not a deal breaker as long as we get along and respect each other.

So that brings me to you: ideally we share similar values but it doesn’t really matter as long as you are respectful of mine. This is a great place for a young professional. I am close to hospitals (Mayo hospital is close!) and major business centers.

I am very clean so I expect the same. We can have cleaning parties for cleaning the main areas and make it fun! 💕

Goes without saying, you are responsible for your share of the bills.
Overnight guests are ok as long as it’s not all the time.

Ideally you are 28+ years old as I am approaching late 30’s and would like to live with someone of similar maturity.
