I am looking to rent the bedroom and private bath in my very large and beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in Wicker Park June 1st for a 1-year long lease.

Everything is new, there is lots of natural light, and the landlord is great. The apartment is incredible, has lots of space, and the vibe is very chill. There are 2 bathrooms and both a balcony and a large rooftop deck. The apartment is on a quiet street near Chicago and Ashland. There is washer/dryer in unit, and dishwasher, and street parking available.

A little about your potential roommate: "I am a life coach, teacher and yogi. I have previously had great living situations and look forward to another one this coming year! I am a positive person and looking for someone who is also clean, respectful, responsible (can pay bills with no problem) and considerate to share the space with. My current roommate is moving in with her boyfriend."
