Work & School: I work with schools in the Sanford/Longwood area and I’m an online student at UCF. Between work and studying (usually at the library or at home), I keep a pretty quiet, predictable schedule. Lifestyle: Non-smoker, don't drink, and no pets but pet friendly. I'm very respectful of shared spaces and keep things tidy.
Lease Duration: I’m looking for a spot for at least 7–8 months (or longer).
Guests: I have a fiancé who has his own place, so he won't be living with me nor I will cross that line, but I’d love a home where he’s welcome to visit occasionally—maybe an overnight stay once a week on the weekend and visiting during the day with prior notice.
