We are looking for a roommate for a bedroom in a beautiful 4-bedroom penthouse apartment occupying the top floor of a classic San Francisco Victorian.

The apartment is shared by two friends in their late 30s. One roommate is a nurse who works night shift, and the other works in sustainable technology. The fourth bedroom is maintained as a guest room for visiting family and friends.

The space itself is exceptional. Bright natural light pours in through skylights, large windows, and sliding glass doors that open onto two private rooftop patios with views overlooking Golden Gate Park. Our home is thoughtfully and impeccably decorated.

The vibe is calm, welcoming, and social in moderation. We enjoy having a beautiful home and are respectful of one another's schedules and need for downtime. While this is not a party house, we do host friends for cocktails, dinners, movie nights, etc. The atmosphere is warm and community-oriented without feeling busy or chaotic.

We're looking for someone who appreciates a peaceful home environment, enjoys being friendly with roommates, and is comfortable with the occasional gathering while also valuing quiet evenings and personal space.
