This is charming house in good location in West Nashville. The house was originally a duplex before being converted into a single family home. With bedrooms on opposite wings of the house and two full baths, it is naturally designed for multiple tenants.
The house has 4 bedrooms, living area, kitchen, large screened in porch, and fenced in back yard. I am using the Master bedroom and one bedrooms as an office/study. I am looking to rent one of the two spare bedrooms which are currently unoccupied. Close to greenway.
