I am a 36 year-old professional, a TV Producer and former New Yorker of 15 years. I recently took a two year sabbatical and moved to Costa Rica to learn how to surf and learn Spanish and am looking to move back to Los Angeles for work. I pride myself on being responsible, clean, respectful, and always ensuring my bills are paid on time. In addition, my work keeps me relatively busy during the week, and I enjoy a quiet and relaxing home environment. During my free time, I enjoy exploring local restaurants, surfing, and staying active, so the location is ideal for me.
