I am working my way through college. I live in a 3 bed/3 bath (full) with one other roommate. We are clean, quiet, and respectful of boundaries. We prefer a quiet environment during the day to get work done. We are friendly but won't bother you. Communication is important to us!

Although 420 friendly, neither of us smoke on a regular basis. We drink a few times a week but don't vape or use any other drugs.

We occasionally have friends over, and will let you know ahead of time if there will be more than one or two people over (though that rarely happens).

We cook regularly and do a good job of keeping up with dishes/cleaning the kitchen.
