We’re “that apartment “ colorful, alternative, fun apartment

I’m freaking weird, no filter, raw honesty, in need of clear communication and respect for the home…. $1,350 may have a little wiggle room to lower it but we’ll see…. I have weird sleeping habits, I’d prefer someone who doesn’t drink but not a deal breaker, apartment is already furnished so im looking for someone who packs light, im very artistic and creative, love music, and if you like anime and gaming is also super enjoyed here as well . I cook and clean when I’m home, I have multiple “side jobs” hard to explain what I do haha, also I have people over often. Nothing like crazy parties (again hard to explain) but yes foot traffic is a thing, I’m always home or away for a few days at a time really no in between lol I do have home security that is recording, legally I have to announce that it’s for multiple reasons .and my 13 year old son will be moving in at the end of the year ( that’s a whole other story), no pets, no kids( with my son moving in there’s literally no extra space for another little one ……unfortunately😓 ) preferably no couples, and communication is huge must… I try my hardest to be as communicative as possible, I’m still working on being better at it. Not saying it’s the ideal home…. but someone has to be looking for something more relaxed , like living with family not living with strangers. So yeah any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out.
