HELLO THERE- I am looking for a person who is neat, enjoys a quiet home, I have 3 pets here (1 dog/French Bulldog & cats: 1 indoor, 1 outdoor) I have a 16 yr old son that lives with me half the time and I also have another female roomate upstairs.
The room you would have is down stairs next to front door & other living room. The house is beautifully designed, with pool. Amazing neighborhood with parks, access to all the freeways, and close to BUR airport.
The room gets phenomenal light, wonderful big closet & comes with tv.
It is move in ready (towels/bedding, etc.). Maid comes once a month.
