Porschia R - $800/month

Hello! I am looking for a room, short or long term. I have no preference. I am currently working on becoming a certified EKG/Phlebotomy Technician and then a Patient Care Technician with hopes of going back to school for nursing. I do have a 1 year old son who is not too rambunctious. I am a very clean, respectful and quiet person who can either be a friendly roomie or a peaceful roommate. I currently live with my parents in NJ who are moving by the end of the month. I hope to find something before then so money isn't wasted on storage. Since I'm in class and interning soon, I am unemployed but have enough funds to pay rent in advance. My boyfriend will also pay the rent for me if need be. He is a Medical Assistant who plans to go back to school for Physical Therapy.
