Venice A - $850/month

Hello!

I have a 2-story, 3 bed, 2.5 bath house with the 2nd story not being used. Would like to find a calm, professional, fairly clean roommate to occupy that space for a little while.

I have 3 senior dogs that lay around all day. With that being said, and because I understand it's a lot of animals to be living with, I am open to doing something month-to-month/short term to see if this arrangement works before committing to something more longer term.

Other than the occasional barking and pitter pat of dog feet, it's a pretty calm home.

I work full time and come home later in the evenings. I am pretty chill, do not drink, smoke or do any drugs, so I would ask for the same (at least for smoking/drugs).
