A very calm, quiet, and cheery apartment. The room is very large and faces north with lots of light. Please note that the utilities per month are around $300 and are included with the rent. This will be a month to month lease to make sure we are compatible. Central Park and the subway are each a 7 minute walk, an ideal location. Desirable move-in is around May 1st with some flexibility.
