Budget: $1,300-1,800/month or less total, flexible
Parking spot included or available
Clean, safe, and respectful living environment
Open to a private room in a shared apartment/house or a studio

Research fellow at the University of Miami
Clean, responsible, and respectful
Non-smoker
Financially stable
Usually keep to myself during the week, but friendly and always down to grab food, go out, or hang with roommates when schedules allow
Pretty much just watch sports, work out, and do jiu jitsu.

I take good care of where I live and am looking for roommates or landlords who value a clean and comfortable home environment.
