$1000 for one room with a private bath or $1500 for two rooms next to each other and the bathroom. If you want the 2-room option, it's perfect for someone who works from home or who has ONE child and wants a safe and peaceful home to live in.

The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Glen Cove with plenty of hiking trails and a beautiful park nearby. If you love nature and beautiful views, this is the best area in Vallejo for you.

The inside of the home is modern and comfortably furnished. Full kitchen with d/w, oven/stove, microwave and large fridge. I like to cook but the kitchen is big enough for the both of us if you do, too. Dining room table and breakfast nook as well as an outdoor dining space in nice weather.

There's a t.v. with a Roku with Amazon prime - no cable. Wifi is also available, but if you're a gamer you would need your own network. The living room is furnished with plenty of places to chill and read, and the best view is the garden out back.

There's a large patio furnished with a couple of cushioned (in dry season) benches with a love seat in the garden. Small dining table with 2 chairs and a hammock. The yard is huge and lovely with lots of hummingbirds and butterflies stopping by to feed from the native plants I have filled the space with.

The bedroom itself can be furnished or not. Queen sized bed with Nectar mattress, huge double closet, small bookshelf and chest of drawers. Carpet upstairs and wood floors downstairs.
