Just moved to NYC from Texas! I work at an engineering firm and am looking for a place in Lower Manhattan or Brooklyn starting in October.

I try to cook most meals from home but they don't need too much space/time to make. I'll be going into the office during the week, but when I'm home I usually stay in my own space. I also enjoy hanging out in common areas from time to time to eat or watch TV. I try to keep common areas clean whenever I can and will do my share of chores (current roomies can vouch!). I always try to be considerate of my roommates and our spaces. I'm fully vaccinated as well!

I like music, working out, gaming, exploring the city, and hanging out with friends on the weekend. Always down for thrifting or record shopping!
