I'm quiet and don't often have visitors. I will give you space to have people over as long as I'm told beforehand and they are respectful and safe. I only care about it being quiet in the apartment if I'm trying to sleep. Pets are welcome as long as all fees are paid by you and you will clean up after them. I may be getting a male cat as well. I want the space to be both of ours, so you are more than welcome to decorate. I just ask that I'm able to contribute.
