This posting is on behalf of my aunt and uncle. I'm posting on their behalf because they are not very technologically savvy. They live in a house near Birchmount and St. Clair in Scarborough, and they have a room for rent on the main floor. There is one washroom and a shared kitchen. My cousin lives in the basement apartment. They own a cat named Estrella.
The room comes furnished with a bed and a wardrobe. There is also a closet. There is a window overlooking the backyard, which allows plenty of natural light to stream through.
The house is steps away from a bus stop on St. Clair. The 16, 9, and 102 buses pass by, and it's just a couple stops to Warden Station. The Scarborough Go Station is also within walking distance.
While my aunt and uncle speak English, they prefer a Spanish-speaking student as a tenant, though these are not mandatory criteria.

My uncle works 5-6 days a week, while my aunt is retired. My cousin works with his dad on weekdays, and they leave together in the morning.
