I am a young professional male in mid-30s planning to move into West LA (Preferably Plya Del Rey, Culver City, Playa Vista, Ladera Heights, etc) around July 1st.

I did some house search in the past two weeks and found a spacious 2 bed-room options for $3975/month (1300 sqft) and am willing to share a place with another roommate who is willing to move in around the same time as mine.

But I am open to other choices if you have options.

About myself:
I have several years of work experience in tech, and recently graduated from an MBA. I am relocating to LA because of my new job in tech/gaming.
Additionally, I don't smoke, have no pets, and have a relatively quiet, clean lifestyle.
