Available Room for Rent

A private room in a townhouse with a breathtaking view of the city

I Am looking for a housemate, to share my beautiful townhouse with the most amazing view of the city. It is a true oasis. It's up on a hill in the Croker Amazon district bordering SF and Daly City. It's close to the San Bruno Mountain State Park where there are ample jogging/biking/hiking trails. Safe closed community/neighborhood, garage parking, plenty of storage space, heated community pool, close to BART (5 min drive to Daly City BART).

The rent includes all utilities and internet. I'm looking for a housemate, preferably a female, who will have full use of the home with me. You will have a private room and a private bath. You may use the spare bedroom for occasional guests. Your room is fully furnished.

Me: I am a physical therapist and work at a local hospital. I am active, social, considerate, kind, respectful, fun, and organized. I lead a healthy life style and a maintain a very clean home. I enjoy entertaining at home, outdoor activities with friends/family, and quiet evenings at home. I do not watch much TV. I scuba dive, ski, and hike. I am a Christian and will occasionally have small group gatherings at the house.

You: I'm looking for a mature professional late 30's - 50's with similar qualities I listed above. I'm hoping that we can become friends and will interact (share meals in the evening, occasionally hang out on the weekends, etc.) instead of just passing each other by in the hallway. Ideally you work outside of the home. You may have some friends over for occasional dinner parties or get-togethers but no loud parties.
