All Houses include:
* Gig internet service (on a mesh system to make sure Wi-Fi reaches every corner of the house)
* Fire pit in back yard and some with gas fireplace in the house
* Common area TV with Netflix and Hulu house accounts provided by landlord (also able to be used on your private devices)
* Furnished main areas and kitchen equipped with all of the basics
* Maid service for all common and shared areas (including shared bathrooms) twice a month to keep the house orderly and clean
* Ample parking and the ability to rent a garage space for an additional monthly fee.

Private landlord means you never have to deal with a property manager.

Background check run on all applicants to ensure that all roommates are carefully screened for the safety and comfort of all tenants.
