Hi!! ISO of roomie(s)!

I am hoping to find a roomie (or 2) to find a place together sometime between now and end of June. I’m hoping to find a 2bd 2ba or 3bd preferably OB, Point Loma, PB, clairemont or North park. I go to school in Point Loma so I don’t want to make that commute too far with gas as it is 😅.

My biggest thing is I have 2 cats! I’m looking for someone who loves cats and/or has lived with cats before & is aware of their occasional tom foolery, (google bread theives 🤣.) They’re super sweet and friendly more like dogs than cats tbh and both under 10lbs. I’m not opposed to a roomie with a sweet doggo but I feel like another cat would be too much sass for one household lol.

About me! I’m 28, military vet and full time student. I’m preparing for veterinary school (hopefully) so I’m pretty busy with work/school/research but on my off time I really want to wind down in a peaceful environment. I like nature and my hobbies include bird watching/photography and reading any good books I can find! I am fairly social so looking for a roommate who wants to at least be friends. Also someone that isn’t going to bring the party home (pls) and keeps things lowkey during the week. I would also love to chitchat about our day, perhaps grab dinner here and there. Don’t forget the occasional game night where I will crush you in all things disney. 💪🏽

Logistics: would be prefer to get a master + ba for the cats litter but I am flexible. Move in date is also flexible anytime between now and July 1st. My budget maxes out at about 2k. Lmk if you’re interested in roomie tingz. 🙂
