I am looking for a roommate to take over 1 bd/1 bath in the apt on a month-to-month lease. The smallest of the 3 bedrooms is used as an office and can be shared for a WFH setup. Unit has 2 off-street parking spots and in unit washer and dryer.

Room is available starting October 1st 2023. Rent total is $1500 not including utilities. Deposit is $1050 due at move in. Water is paid for by owner and utilities (Gas/electric, internet) average about $160 total a month.

I have lived here for 3 years now and absolutely love the place, so I am looking to stay on for a while longer. I have a cat named Winston who is 3 yrs old and is shy but friendly.

Unit is in the heart of North Park within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops and everything North Park has to offer. The place is ideal for someone who WFH or needs additional office space. I am available to take questions, provide additional pictures, and show the unit.
