Move in Date: February 1, 2026 (Flexible)
Location: Yonge and College (2-minute walk from College subway station, 6-minute walk from IKEA, and 15-minute walk from Eaton Centre.)
Unit: 2 bed 1 bathroom apartment with balcony. The bedroom is 108.94 ft². Parking spot for rent can be requested, if required.
Facilities: Swimming pool, sauna, gym, party room, and laundry room in the building.
Accessability: Elevator and stair access
Rent: $1,000 per month (internet & utilities of about $60 per month total). Utilities may vary month to month dependant on usage.
First and last months rent required.
Unit has been occupied before November 15, 2018 and is rent controlled. Rent may increase by the guideline amount of 2.1% annually.
Rental Terms: Off-lease roommate. Rent will be paid to me and will be sent to the landlord. There will be written roommate agreement. This is not covered by the RTA.
