The rent is $860 a month, which includes all utilities and WIFI. During the summertime, if using air conditioning it's an additional cost.

The room is furnished with a twin bed, bookcase, desk, and a large wardrobe closet. The room also has one reach-in closet and a large window with a backyard view. The apartment is a 6-minute walk to the Jackson Heights/Roosevelt Ave, where the E/F/M/R/7 subway station is. The neighborhood is quiet and safe at all hours. Laundrymat is a 1min walk. Post office and grocery stores are all nearby and convenient.

This is the smaller bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment, on the 2nd floor of a three-story walkup building. The landlord lives nearby and is quick to respond to any needs.

You would be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with one other person who is a woman in her 30s, looking for a dependable roommate who likes a safe, clean and quiet home.
