I am originally from South Africa, and have been in the city for about 10 years off and on. I am looking for someone to sublet the top level of my duplex which is a full separated 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom apartment with kitchen, living room, and private entrance. The apartment is on the ground level.

The levels are attached by a small staircase, but is separated by a privacy door I have built for noise control. I live in the studio apartment space downstairs with its own private entrance as well. As I am downstairs I am looking for someone who is respectful/ quiet during night hours.

The apartment is also fully furnished - which you can choose the furniture to use or not- I can have it moved out if you'd prefer.

The location is half a block away from Central Park, conveniently located only 2 blocks away from both the 1,2,3 line and the B,C lines on either side. There is a NYSC gym one street over. Trader Joe's, Pioneer, and Fairway are great grocery stores close by and there are several great restaurants/ bars nearby as well.
