Spacious upstairs furnished master suite with walk in closet and en-suite private bathroom in beautiful pool home. All utilities are included in the rent. You would share all common areas, washer and dryer, screened in lanai with heated salt water pool and jacuzzi and all kitchen amenities. There is off street parking in the driveway. Both my home and neighborhood are quiet and safe. Home is smoke and pet free except for 2 parakeets. Our cozy, female household have a room available for another lady. Close to shopping and restaurants. Only 15 minutes to the beach.
