Hey, I’m Aja! I’m looking for someone to co-sign a new place with me — so ideally you’d have to be ready to find a great spot and build a solid living situation from the ground up.

I work full-time as a teacher, but I’m a night owl at heart, so I’m usually up late lesson-planning & unwinding by watching TV or movies after work. I’m social and outgoing but also value my own space, and I totally respect that balance in a roommate too.

Cleanliness is important to me — I’d really like to keep our shared spaces tidy and I ask that you do the same in return. I’m not looking for a best friend, just a friendly, independent, and reliable housemate. Also no pets or smoking for me.
