My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate to resign our 3 bedroom Soho/Nolita apartment with us starting December 1.

The bedroom easily fits a queen bed, desk, and dresser and has a large closet that fits a ton of clothes.
The main area is massive with a large L couch and coffee table for our TV hangout area, as well as space in the back for our dining room table and bar cart. Private outdoor space that we've furnished with chairs and couches. Single bathroom to share with two roommates but hardly any issues there. Washer and dryer in the unit which is obviously amazing.
This apartment is in an amazing area. Great restaurants and retail and close to nightlife and subways. 5 minute (or less) walk to the nearest stations (6, BDFM, RW, J) and a short walking distance to WV, EV, LES, Tribeca, and more.
We are mid-late 20s guys (Zac and Jake) working in finance and tech and are respectful, active and pretty social.
