Two rooms for rent in a private home in Rhodes Ranch

Hey, so we are a single male and a single female living in a four bedroom house inside Rhodes Ranch. We have two rooms to rent out, both have walk in closets, but they do share the same bathroom. One room is significantly larger than the other, so the larger one is renting for $700 and the smaller one is going for $550.

Residents here have access to the club house which includes just about any amenity you could want, i.e., gym, tennis courts, basketball courts, pool, jacuzzi, and more.

I pay to have the common areas of the house deep cleaned twice a month; this is a perk that you wouldn't be responsible to pay for. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, appliances, utensils, dishes, etc; all of which you're free to use. You aren't expected to be a neat-freak, only to pick up after yourself and not to leave huge messes for us to deal with.

We are interested in roommates who have a similar lifestyle to us, who are are easy-going and drama free. Sleepovers are okay, but we don't want the individual living here. We treat others with respect and expect the same in return. If any kind of issue were to come up, we'll always just be honest and upfront about whatever it is, and if there's something we're doing that's bugging you, we would appreciate you letting us know. We are reasonable people and are happy to find a compromise.

We prefer to rent at least one of the rooms out to a female in order to keep the ratio balanced, however, I'm not sure how likely it is that a female would want to share a bathroom with a male, and I can't move a male into one of the rooms first without the female's consent, so until one room is rented out we are only seeking female applicants. I do need to make it clear though that we do not want any couples living in these rooms, not even if you are renting both rooms out.

Rent is month to month, one month's rent deposit required to move in.
