Hi.
I am a young professional, looking to move to Toronto in September.
I currently work on my PhD and have a part-time job as a consultant. Therefore, I spend a lot of time working and need a quiet space at home to work there as well, preferably within my room.

When I don't work, I am happy to socialize with a roommate, occasionally host friends or spend an evening going out (or staying in).

I don't drink, don't smoke and don't party, but don't mind if you do as long as smoking is done outside and parties/gatherings are generally communicated. Communication and mutual respect are very important to me.

I am tolerant to any believes and most lifestyles. Definitely pet-friendly, I've grown up with cats and would be happy to have a pet as roommate or maybe adopt a dog myself.
