Available Room for Rent

1 bedroom available in 3bd 1.5bath house

I am moving and have 1 room available in a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath house with a large backyard. We have plenty of storage with a shed in the back and a crawl space. We also have brand new appliances and an in-unit washer and dryer. I have 2 roommates, Jake and Wes who are staying at the house. They are both really great and super chill. Wes has a dog who is also super chill and very sweet. We are in a great location near lots of parks and Sloans lake. We are minutes from downtown and right near 6th so it is very easy to hop on the highway and head to the mountains without any of the downtown traffic.
