I will furnish the apartment to give it a more homey vibe and as my roommate you get to pick your own new mattress and give me instructions on how to custom design your bedroom (the apartment comes unfurnished). The apartment is pet friendly, just no dogs.
I am chill, fun, clean, creative and adventurous. With my friends we might go to a pottery painting class together or go snowboarding or just drive and see where the road takes us. I also go out sometimes with one of my roommates and would be happy to go out with my new roommate if that's what you're into. Feel free to message me. The cost for you including everything would look like $1300 which should be good with your budget. The location is fantastic too! Very close to the bar areas but a little more off the beaten path which I think gives it a chill vibe. It's right next to some fancy restaurants, a thrift store, and a smoothie shop. I also have a cat his name is Mercy. If you look online you'll see that the floor plan is cheaper. It should come out to $2000 in total. But, I was planning on furnishing the apartment for us which is why I was going to charge more for rent. I currently work at a Starbucks and don't have a large income I hope you can understand I am creative and try to make things work with what I have, I am also a fantastic cook and I mostly eat at home so I will definitely cook some for you as well. I think it's still a fantastic deal and you can pay $500 instead of $1300 for May and June! Plus you get to choose your own brand new mattress, you can get whatever type works for you and you can tell me what kind of aesthetics you're into so I can use that information as I hunt for your furniture and set up the place before you move in. You seem very cool and chill and I think we might get along. Do you have any roommate preferences generally? Any deal breakers? I would describe myself neat, clean, and easy going. I hangout with my roommates all the time and occasionally go out to bars with one of them and I would love to keep that fun energy going.
