I have 2 bedrooms available in my well kept single story Summerlin home. I am a kind and compassionate lady who enjoys a drama free environment. The house is set up for maximum privacy. There are 2 living rooms and you can use one for whatever you like. The shared spaces are the kitchen and laundry room and the 2 rooms for rent share a bathroom.
I am asking the each tenant pay 1/3 of the utilities however not payable until mid-month.
